The Bend - ADR

Alex dropped in to Middlesex University to do some additional dialogue recording for a short film they shot at the start of 2017. Basically, that's an exercise in trying to copy exactly how you said the lines on the day. Timing is key and with lots of retakes it can get pretty tedious. Fortunately everyone was in a good mood now that the film was so close to completion and it was fun to see everyone after a year.

"The Bend" is a psychological thriller; a family driving home from holiday hit a man at the side of road. After driving on in silence what follows is an explosive argument about whether they should return to the scene of the crime and whether that return would be to help or to hide the evidence.
